Does Ashton Kutcher drink? His attitude towards alcohol

Ashton Kutcher needed liquid courage to admit to his then-girlfriend Mila Kunis that he loved her. Kutcher said on The Kelly Clarkson Show that three months into the couple’s relationship, he drunkenly sang her a Kenny Chesney song before revealing his affection for her.
“I was like, ‘You and tequila make me crazy,’ cause there had been a little too much tequila consumed and they both make me crazy,” Kutcher said. “And then I told her that I love her and I meant it when I said it.”
Kutcher repeated his declaration of love before sleeping, but Mila wasn’t convinced. “She was like, ‘Just tell me – say that in the morning,’” he said. So, Kutcher obliged. “I woke her up and I was like, ‘Hey, I love you.’”
Ashton Kutcher enjoys drinking with his wife, Mila Kunis
Alcohol played a vital role in Kutcher and Mila’s relationship: it helped him reveal his feelings. They’ve been married since 2015 and raise two children: Wyatt and Dimitri.
Mila told Kelly Clarkson that Kutcher’s drunken confession of love mirrored her parent’s love story. She explained:
“My dad told my mom he was in love with her three months into their relationship fully shammered and my mom went, ‘Alright, talk to me in the morning.’ Same thing happened to me with my husband.”
Kutcher drinks alcohol, and per his social media posts, he enjoys drinking with Mila. On 31st January 2022, Kutcher posted a video of Mila breaking the couple’s Dry January pact. “It’s still Dry January, and Mila and I have been doing January,” Kutcher tells the camera.
“And I think she’s breaking Dry January right now.” Busted, Mila didn’t deny that she was making a cocktail. She justified her drinking by claiming that, according to her calendar, January was over.
“I work off of the lunar calendar, so it’s ‘Wet February’ for me right now,” Mila says, laughing. “Don’t worry about it.”
During the coronavirus quarantine, Mila and Kutcher turned wine drinking – a popular activity in many homes during that period – into a charitable venture. In April 2020, the couple launched Quarantine Wine, produced in collaboration with Battle Creek Vineyards and Nocking Point Wines.
The couple said that the profits would go to charities they’d selected.
Kutcher’s ex-wife Demi Moore said that his dismissal of alcoholism prompted her to relapse
Despite their 15-year age difference, Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher seemed to have the perfect marriage. However, the facade hid a union that was rapidly deteriorating.
In her book Inside Out, Moore writes that she was twenty years sober and struggling to process a miscarriage when Kutcher’s dismissal of alcoholism prompted her to relapse.
“I wanted to be that girl,” Moore concedes. “The girl who could have a glass of wine at dinner or do a tequila shot at a party. In my mind, Ashton wanted that, too. So I tried to become that: A fun, normal girl.”
During an appearance on the Red Table Talk, Moore recalled Kutcher saying: “I don’t know if alcoholism’s a thing. I think it’s about moderation.” Moore thought that she could develop a healthy relationship with alcohol.
However, being an alcoholic, she couldn’t regulate her drinking – she’d thrown away two decades of sobriety to please Kutcher. Moore writes that Kutcher got angry with her whenever she drank. “It was confusing,” Moore writes. “Ashton had encouraged me to go in this direction.” She adds:
“When I went too far [with drinking], he let me know how he felt by showing a picture he’d taken of me resting my head on the toilet the night before. It seemed like a good-natured joke at the time. But it was really just shaming.”
Moore writes that Kutcher didn’t offer support as she struggled to regain sobriety. “He didn’t offer me any reinforcement or compassion,” Moore claims. “I felt like he was angry at me for having this problem in the first place: you made your bed; now you have to lie in it.”
A source told People that Kutcher resolved not to respond to Moore’s claims. “Ashton has never spoken about her,” the source said. “He hasn’t talked about her since the divorce, and he never will.”
An insider close to Mila told People that Moore’s allegations against Kutcher didn’t affect the couple’s relationship. The insider stated:
“Mila and Ashton are very much in love and have a strong and committed relationship. Neither is in favor of adverse publicity, but the book and Demi’s TV promotions didn’t do anything to shake their strong bond and love for each other and their children.”
